I have this same setup for my 24 and it is so loud when u get on it as for regular driving not smashing the gas pedal it’s not bad at all I have to say the exhaust tips do not fit good at all. But I had to go to a shop and have them add extra hangers to make the tips fit better after the install they were touching the valance

So what I'm getting is that it was totally 100% named after the airplane... And then forward was "um, like we really like the name. But we're gonna pretend that it was after the horse and not the plane!" It can't be kind of sort of a little bit named after the plane but not really. It either is or it isn't. Some of the engine letters were what cars they were designed for, or at least who's budgets paid to develop them. Like the 430 and 462 was an MEL (Mercury, Edsel, Lincoln) Engine family. The 332-352-390 engines were FE, (Ford Edsel) Some were truck only with an FT after the size. The big truck ones were SD. I always figured the 351M was designed for Mercury's, but that could be wrong. Never owned a 351 but several 289's Don't you wish they would pick one designation system and stick to it. ?

I bought a base 2015 GT with pp the only option. What an incredibly good choice… six speed st., cloth seats… still had everything I needed… had a BLAST … 42k in Canada… everyone was paying 10-15k for leather seats and toggle switches! 😢 My opinion… had a 69 Mach 1 … 351 Cleveland with a three speed st. … it’s not about options…
